All vehicle rentals with Car Hire are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement presented upon booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle pickup. This document outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance provisions, fees, and your obligations related to the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will take priority.
Eligibility Criteria
Renting a Vehicle in Driffield

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Damage resulting from negligence or misuse, or any breach of these Terms, remains your responsibility, irrespective of insurance coverage.

Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Vehicle
- The vehicle may not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. Engaging in racing, off-roading, or other high-risk behaviors is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials, sub-letting the vehicle, or allowing unauthorized drivers is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle must not be used beyond its intended purpose, exceeding passenger or weight limits, or venturing outside agreed geographical areas without prior consent.
Breach of terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Limitation of Liability in Driffield
